An emotional exchange between a cousin, brother, and sister opens the trailer. The next scene features a doctor who is having an affair with his freshly hired nurse.
The dying guy whose final wish is to marry his sister-in-law is revealed in the next scenario. The doctor appears in the following scene to inquire about the dying man’s sister-in-law. The doctor is staring at his future wife’s daughter.
